» Horizontal & Inclined Screw Conveyors :-
 

SCREW CONVEYORS form an essential part in the movement of bulk materials. Suitable for a wide range of applications, Screw Conveyors are simple & robust in design, versatile and easily maintaned.

Constructional details :-

Trought : Fabricated from 3/5 mm steel sheets in standard sizes and lengths or to requirement. Covers supplied with sealing material.

Screw flighting : Segmental flights to standard or special requirements.

Bearings : Flanged type end bearings are sealed for life. intermediate hanger bearings are precision die-cast with suitable inserts.

Drive : Consists of geared motor, chain & Sprockets on a fabricated mounting. Drive arrangement oriented to meet site requirements.

Inlets & Outlets : Made to customers requirements and are factory fitted or assembled at site.

» VERTICAL SCREW LIST :
 


Used in elevating, distring and reclaiming bulk materials with minimum of stagnant material and segregatial, gives efficient transfer of material from horizontal to vertical with positive discharge in any desired direction.

Vertical Screw Lifty can be supplied in carbon steel (normal), SS, hot dipped galvanised etc. Surface hardened flights are also available. Housing is in convenient lengths, vertically split and flanged. Special pitch tapered double flight is provided at the lower portion.

Usualli used in inclined operations with greater efficiency due to round shape of the troughs. Troughs available in a range of thickness and split types also..

  SS Conveyor Screw :-

For use in food, drugs, industy for sanitation, corrsion resistence etc.
  Sectional Flights :-

Formed from steel plates and mounted on the Pipe.
  Screw Conveyors :-

Either right or left hand with carrying side of the flight free of lugs and the back reinforced at the ends.
  Hard Surfaced Screw Conveyor :-

For handling abrasive material by fusing suitable alloy on the flighting face.
  Drive Assemblies :-

Either fixed variable speed. Drives oriented to site conditions; top mounting being standard.

 
 
 
» Types of Flights :-
 
     
  Standard Right hand Screw Conveyors :-

Carrying side of the flight is free of lugs. the back is reinforced at the end to prevent flight flight folding back.
  Double Flight :-

Incorporates two rows of flights of the same hand in the last 2 or 3 pitches prior to discharge provides even discharge. minimising surges.
  Mixing Paddies :-

For retarding material flow and additional mixing action, paddlis are fitted.
  Paddle Conveyor :-

Provides greatest stirring actienc Flighting completely eliminated.
  Cut & folded :-

Creates greater agitation than only cut flights.
  Short Pitch :-

Provides better conveying action with reduced capacity proportinate to pitch reduction
  Varlable Pitch :-

Used as feeder screws under long storage hoppers
  Cut Flights :-

Deep notches in flights, chops an agitates the material providing efficient mixing action.
