This Plant having key features of Process: -
1. Pre - Cleaning & Destoning: -
Before grinding various impurities contained in the grain such as weed
seeds pebbles, lumps of soil etc are carefully separated.
2. Magnetic separator: - It removes metal particles.
3. Pulverisers: -
The grinding process is carefully matched to the grain variety to be milled (Pulverised).
4. Sieving: -
Efficient grading for first class end products.
5. Coolers (Screening): -
It Provides flour cooling duration period.
6. Batch Weighers: -
The flour obtained from the grinding is Batching as per requirement & feeding to the mixer equipment.
7. Mixing.
In the flour storage and handling section of a mill, flours are blended in exact compliance with the formula.
8. Bagging Machines: -
The nutrition flour bagging in 5/10/25 kg. Packing & prepared for delivery
